Premises Manager

We are looking for an experienced, professional and highly skilled Premises Manager to take responsibility for the premises management of our school.  Responsibilities include ensuring a safe and secure working environment for our children and staff, dealing with planned and day to day building and equipment maintenance, ensuring that the Health and Safety Policy is implemented at all times, working with the School’s contractors, and ensuring that the school cleaners operate to the high quality standards expected by the school.

We need someone who is pro-active, hard-working and who has a general range of building maintenance skills including plumbing, gardening, carpentry, decorating. The ideal post holder will be able to deal with day to day repairs around the school as well as use their knowledge, skills and experience to deal with more complex systems such as the school’s heating, energy management and electrical systems, calling on our contractors when required.
